Structured Entry into Strategic Gemstone Acquisition

This form is not a contract. It is a structured signal of intent. It allows you to define your preferred level of involvement in field-based gemstone acquisition. Capital commitments are staged, transparent, and executed only when stones are verified and secured. This is not a pooled structure or fund model. Stones are purchased directly and transferred into your full ownership.

1. Acquisition Structure & Capital Commitment

Participation typically begins in the upper five-figure range, generally above 50,000. A commitment at this level does not require full upfront transfer. Capital is deployed in controlled stages and released only as stones are identified, verified, and secured during the sourcing expedition. You maintain visibility and confirmation at each acquisition point.

2. Color Spectrum & Portfolio Direction

Our sourcing covers the full spectrum of investment-grade natural gemstones across premium color categories including blue, orange-pink, pink, yellow, green, red, crisp white, and rare hues throughout the rainbow. Each stone is selected for rarity, structural quality, and long-term market relevance.

3. Certification & Documentation Oversight

All acquired stones are documented and submitted to leading gemological laboratories according to international standards suitable for holding or resale.

4. Post-Acquisition Strategy

Once acquired, stones are purchased directly and fully transferred into your ownership. You hold the assets physically and independently. At any time, you may request facilitation for private placement, auction introduction, or strategic resale support, or you may manage disposition entirely on your own.

5. Compensation Structure

Standard acquisitions include a clearly defined sourcing and facilitation fee at the time of purchase. In specific short-cycle strategic resale scenarios, such as when stones are secured for immediate placement within an existing client network, a performance-based structure may be arranged. Compensation is never dependent on long-term holding or distant resale timelines.

6. Timeline & Strategic Call

When would you like to discuss allocation level and potential participation in the next sourcing expedition?

7. Additional Context (Optional)

Please provide any specific gemstone preferences, geographic interests, or unique portfolio requirements you would like to discuss during our strategic call.
